Martijn de Haan, professionally known as MartyHaan, is an award-winning composer and producer from the Netherlands. Raised in a musically rich environment, Martijn was immersed in a wide range of genres—from classical and rock to EDM and country—shaping the eclectic sound and emotional depth that define his work today.

As a composer, Martijn has crafted original scores for a variety of acclaimed internet and indie projects, including Avatar: The Legend of Genji, the SoulGrinder series, Absolution: A Reckoners Tale, and most notably, the feature-length indie film A Tale of Earth and Fire—a fan project inspired by Avatar: The Last Airbender. His work on the film earned him the Best Music/Sound Award at the Tiger Tails Asian Film Festival, recognizing his ability to blend cinematic scope with cultural authenticity.

With each new project, Martijn brings a fresh, emotionally driven approach rooted in storytelling and musical diversity. Whether scoring thrillers, fantasy epics, or character dramas, his goal remains the same: to make the audience feel.
