Mathes

is an artist, songwriter, and vocal producer originally from the New York area. A Berklee College of Music graduate, she was nominated for Songwriter of the Year at the Boston Music Awards in 2019 and quickly accumulated 4m+ streams to date as a songwriter. Her artist project has amassed over one million streams and catapulted Mathes into writing for not only herself, but a wide variety of artists including British supergroup “Steps”, landing a cut on their 2021 album “What The Future Holds, Pt. 2,” which debuted at #1 in the UK and Australia.

Mathes’ sophomore EP “PEOPLE, PLACES & THINGS” is a sonic world about transformation, humanity, purpose, and trusting that your timing is divine. This authentic, detail-oriented and hi-hat driven body of work explores Mathes’ sound while showcasing her confessional songwriting. Executively produced and written with longtime collaborators Trey Kams and Maria Landi (Nice Life), the EP shines a light on Mathes’ artistry and blunt personality while blending across genres. “PEOPLE, PLACES & THINGS” is out now.
