Mathilda Lindström is born and raised in Vimmerby, Sweden. She has been on stage since the age of six, working with singing, dancing, and theatre — something that has remained a natural part of her ever since.
Over the years, she has been a three-time finalist in Lilla Melodifestivalen with self-written songs, a contestant on Idol 2017, and a stand-in artist for Belgium's entry in the Eurovision Song Contest 2016. She toured nationally in the Sune stage productions alongside Pernilla Wahlgren and Morgan Alling, and is an alumna of Helges All Star together with Zara Larsson and Molly Sandén. With over 1.8 million streams on Spotify and more than 30 live performances in 2025, she continues to grow as both a performer and artist.
Now, she steps into a new chapter.
For the first time, Mathilda releases music in Swedish — allowing her to express herself more honestly and fully than ever before. Her latest single "Som vi sa" captures a world of pink skies and sparkling, head-over-heels love, with a quiet undercurrent of doubt beneath the surface.
It's a song about that fragile space between trust and fear — where everything feels magical, yet uncertain at the same time.
