Matilda Duncan is a young indie singer/songwriter crafting lyrically-focused music with a diverse range of influences. In high school, Matilda won a supporting slot on platinum-selling Australian rock band The Rubens' tour through a Triple J competition, as well as the chance to duet with the band on their single 'Never Ever'.
Following shortly after, tackling the huge stage of Groovin' the Moo Festival in early 2019. She has since gone on to tour with and support artists like Vera Blue, Thirsty Merc, Kim Churchill, Katie Noonan, Ruby Fields, and perform at festivals alongside acts like Eskimo Joe, Boo Seeka and Greta Stanley.
Now a Melbourne local, Matilda's sound is ever-evolving but rooted strongly in heartfelt storytelling and expressive instrumentation.
