In 2025 he released Usha, three songs to inspire hope in times of confusion and anxiety about the future. Let It Open is Matthew's first album, and it reflects on his roots as an American singer/songwriter and his love for Indian culture and spirituality. Musically influenced by American folk rock, the Sanskrit and English lyrics embody his experience of his soul as a swirl of east and west.
