Mattia Muller is a 21-year-old drummer and composer with Slovakian-Italian roots. He began his musical journey at 8, studying at l’Accademia Musicale Italiana di Monza with Andrea Quattrini. Later, at the Bratislava Conservatory, he excelled in melodic percussion under Peter Kosorin, winning the Slovak Inter-Conservatory Competition in 2019.
During his time at the conservatory, Mattia was mentored by the world renowned touring drummer and producer, David "H0wdy" Hodek. In 2021, Mattia earned a full scholarship to Berklee College of Music, where he is currently studying under drum legend Francisco Mela (McCoy Tyner, John Scofield..)
He's collaborated across many different genres with many artists and during his time at Berklee he founded his own project 'Laser Sights', touring in Central Europe multiple times.
