Born and raised in Padova, Italy, Mauro's passion for music was ignited by the harmonious blend of classical Italian compositions and the pulsating energy of the local electronic music scene. Eager to explore new horizons, he left his hometown and embarked on a transformative journey that would take him to the far reaches of the world. His first stop was Kyoto, a city that bewitched him with its ancient traditions and modernity. There, he found his spiritual home and immersed himself in the mystical world of ambient music. After Kyoto, he moved to Tokyo, where he played at underground clubs and took on the role of an art director at a prestigious studio in Roppongi. His artistic pilgrimage led him to Linz, Austria, where he performed at the prestigious Ars Electronica Festival. Then, from the stages of Linz to the romantic canals of Venice, where he performed at the Biennale of Art. Mauro was then invited to teach media art at a prominent university in Hong Kong. As an educator, he inspired budding artists to explore the intersections of technology, sound, and visual art. Whether performing in the heart of bustling metropolises or the serene corners of ancient cities, Mauro's ambient music became a thread that weaved through the tapestry of the world, connecting people, cultures, and emotions. He continues to compose ethereal melodies that resonate with the essence of the human experience, transcending borders and language barriers.
