MAVAA is a UK-raised, Romania-born artist and songwriter blending her deep-rooted passion for UK house with a global perspective. After studying songwriting at The Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) Guildford, she returned to Romania, where she collaborated with major labels like Global Records and released her debut track with Universal Music.
Now an independent artist, MAVAA is crafting a fresh, authentic sound rooted in the UK house scene she grew up around. In 2022, she released “On My Mind” with Italian producer Roby Strauss, followed by “Searching for Your Love” in 2023 with UK producer Reece Ginesti. Her latest single, “Addicted To You ,” is set to drop on June 27, 2025, in collaboration with her Romanian-based producer and partner, known for working with major artists like Inna and top international labels.
With each release, MAVAA channels rhythm, emotion, and melody into a sound that’s undeniably her own.
