Marvine Abwao also known as Mavo On The Beat started as a professional music producer. He is also a talented artist. He was born and raised in Kisumu, graduated from Maseno University in 2012, and currently based In Nairobi. He is currently one of the dopest gengetone producers in Kenya. He is also a singer and songwriter and has won a couple of awards (Vybez Awards 2013 and 2015). He started professional music production in 2013 in Nakuru by working as an employed producer. Later on, started his own studio (Marvine Music Studio) a year later. It wasn't so easy picking up and being stable but he kept pushing. He did lots of free audios in order to market the studio and luckily it worked out. In a few months, he was the top producer in Rift Valley and Nyanza region. Almost 80% of the top songs in the region were produced by Mavo.
