Maxhosa, the South-African knitwear brand, have released a project featuring some of South Africa’s top artists, merging both music and fashion culture. The fashion brand is known for fusing traditional Xhosa beadwork patterns, symbolism & colours with modern knitwear. The brand has been embraced across the world and has been seen worn by personalities such as Beyoncè, Swizz Beatz, Michelle Obama and the like.

The Sons and Daughters of Credo Mutwa EP is produced by Yumbs and features Khanyisa, Baby S.O.N, and Raspy. The EP is centred around the voice recordings of Zulu traditional healer and writer, Credo Mutwa.
The soulful Amapiano tracks highlight the teachings of Mutwa who is highly revered as a spiritually and artistically gifted scholar. Mutwa’s written work explores African mythology and traditional Zulu folklore which the song breathes new life into with the Amapiano inflection.
