Maxted is the musical basecamp for actor Riley Hough, based in Atlanta, GA. He grew up in Durham, NC and was heavily influenced by R&B, Hip-Hop, Alt Rock, and classic acts like The Beatles, A Tribe Called Quest and Black Flag. In college he learned to blend his experience playing in punk bands with his newfound skill for producing beats, and has since developed a style that blends the distinct sounds of North Carolina to help articulate his experience. Outside of his solo work, Maxted is 1/3 of alternative rap band Boro.
