MAXXX, born in New York, found his love for music early on. After moving to Florida at age 9, the area became a shelter for years.
Here, MAXXX crafted the early sonics that would define the very start of his sound for the rest of his career: production capturing the Neon & After-Hours emotions and a vocal delivery, flow, and cadence resulting from listening to his favorites, Young Thug and Partynextdoor, for months on end as inspiration.
After years of dreaming, in 2019 MAXXX finally decided to move to California, as a means of creating a better life for himself as well as distancing himself from the trauma and trouble that Florida brings along. With this move, he has spent the entirety of his time crafting a new sound while also participating in songwriting camps and sessions guided by his mentors Starrah and Nick Jarjour.
Over the last couple years in Los Angeles, MAXXX has been working extensively with the Award-Winning producers Mike Hector, Eddie Priest, BNYX, Tyler Rohn, Roark Bailey, Teewatt, and Coop the Truth.
In 2021, MAXXX wrote the song “Paradise” by the Korean Artist - CL (featured on the FX show “Dave”), which went #1 on the Apple Music charts.
In 2022, MAXXX signed a new publishing deal to Starrah’s 302 x Pulse Recordings, and will be dropping his forthcoming project - "They Hated On Jesus Too" - on June 22nd, 2022.
