A writer of sad songs, May Chi's songwriting confronts the vulnerability we fear to bring to life. Heartwarming, intimate and raw, her lyricism is introspective and embraces the diversity of our emotions and experiences - the good, the bad and the ugly. Drawing from Indie, Folk and Ambient influences, she sculpts alluring and melancholic soundscapes from an eclectic mix of vocals, guitars, synthesisers and found sound.
