Mayoba is an Italian crossover metal band with strong hardcore and groove metal sound. They were officially formed in 2018, when Luka joined Francis (guitar) and Mimmo (drums) as vocalist. The guys met each other at a casual jam the same year and from that moment they started to play together and working on new ideas. The formation was completed in 2019 when Enry joined the band as bassist.
Influences: Gojira, Opeth, Meshuggah, Lamb of God, Pantera, Killswitch Engage, Death, Megadeth, Jinjer, Snot, Helmet, Biohazard. However, Luka says that he really appreciate Myles Kennedy as singer and Francis likes a lot the guitar style of Mark Tremonti, both from Alter Bridge.
