For many years now, DJ MBP (Must Be Played), hailing from the Münsterland region, has been thrilling crowds at countless gigs. Whether it’s on massive international festival stages in front of tens of thousands of people or in a small local club—he brings the energy. With his self-coined genre “Play House,” a blend of melodic, progressive techno and tech house, he has firmly established himself in the music industry.
It's no coincidence that he has already opened for artists like Robin Schulz and Lost Frequencies and many more. But his journey to the top is only just beginning.
After his music was streamed over 10 million times on SoundCloud, remixes and original tracks followed—including collaborations with British singer Richard Judge (known from "Show Me Love" with Robin Schulz). He now captivates around 300,000 monthly listeners on Spotify and racks up millions of streams. Renowned DJ acts like YouNotUs, Karma Child, MyParade, and others have already had the pleasure of working with one of the most exciting rising talents in the scene. His latest remixes and edits are regularly played in club sets by DJ heavyweights such as Diplo, Regard, David Guetta, Timmy Trumpet and many more.
Since fall 2023, MBP has been signed to Sony Music Germany, Epic Records, and plans to massively grow his audience with their support—aiming to soon join the ranks of the top league. Furthermore he' started his own label Bianco Boys. The goal is within reach!
