I am Mbuli Ringo. Raised in Ng'ando area(a little low income area in Nairobi). Where I grew up there was/is no space/time to articulate and express one's feelings. It's all about trying to put bread on the table. You can see and feel the pain, trauma, love, pleasure that is bottled up when you walk around. What if we let it all out and freed the love and pain. At an early age I started to observe and create songs that reflect what I see around me. My vision in life is to give words and melody to people's feelings and to give life to emotions. Hence my music. It has a fusion of afro/pop/soul vibe to it. Let me know what you think. 😊
