MC Pauze

MC Pauze is an Emcee, Songwriter, & Percussionist born & raised in the Mission District of San Francisco, CA. As a member of Justin’s Case, The Watershed, and Old Soul Kollective, he uses his music as a platform to heal, communicate, and shine light on injustices occurring in his community and beyond.

Pauze has dedicated his life to the movement of Hip-Hop because of its ability to uplift and the tools it provides for critical thinking, about society and the role of the people within it. He proudly claims the mantle of “Conscious Hip-Hop Artist” and purposefully creates music with a message of justice, resistance, and love.

Known as a compelling and energetic performer, MC Pauze has opened for legendary Hip-Hop artists such as Ghostface Killah & Raekwon, People Under the Stairs, Zion I, Mac Mall, San Quinn, Equipto, and Souls of Mischief members Tajai & A-Plus. Pauze is currently working on his debut album“Through Time”, which will be released through legendary San Francisco label Solidarity Records in the Summer of 2022.
