He sings honestly and from the soul combining art, story, and song in perfect unison. Born Ahmed Kamal Merghani from Los Angeles, California he was raised by his traditional Sudanese mother and father along with four other siblings. Medii first picked up music as a child listening to his father play a variety of instruments ranging from the Arab guitar known as an " Oud " to woodwinds such as the " Flute ". Quickly learned from a young age how to play the piano with practice on an electric keyboard, self-teaching himself trending songs to composing loops and accompanying them with self-written lyrics easily transitioning to producing a beat for himself and recording his vocals.
