Megan Kashat is an Iraqi American songwriter and recording artist. A former professional dancer and world title holder, she found music through her journey studying movement, and later began implementing color by painting live abstract works on stage during her music performances. Megan studied Music Production at the Los Angeles Film School, Contemporary Dance at the Broadway Dance Center, Songwriting at Detroit Institute of Music, as well as ranking 1 in over 4 national Solo & Ensemble competitions as a young teenager. She has been seen performing with Mariah Carey, The Grammy Awards, Charlie Wilson, Big Sean, and many others. Her exceptional talent and unapologetic work ethic shows a promise for the future entertainment.
