Meike Boltersdorf has a background in classical, jazz and pop music. Her connection to music and performing goes way back to her dance training as a child. She started her music education on piano, but discovered as a teenager that her voice was her real asset. Living and studying music in the Stuttgart area, Freiburg, Los Angeles and in Berlin she deepened her knowledge and capacities in composing, conducting, music theory, arranging and performing over a broad spectrum of musical genres. Nowadays she is back in Stuttgart, Germany, continuing the path of spreading her original music and playing a big number of live shows. She is also a frequent guest as stage musician for the Stuttgart state theater and follows her passion for DJing on the side. Meike is currently pursuing further studies with Berklee College of Music.
