Melanie Taylor

Melanie Taylor is an award winning indie pop artist born and raised in San Diego CA. Her debut album “All About Today” donned the singles “Cease Fire” and “Walk of Shame,” which were played on international radio, and ranked top 50 on national indie radio charts. The SoCal native is also a product of marathon watching Michael Jackson videos from an early age, and growing up on the stages of musical theater productions.

The largest club music label group in Sweden, Clubstream, released a remix of Melanie&#39;s second single <a href="spotify:track:3GQRKnoSJYeOTQ15KtApND" data-name="Inta My Heart">Inta My Heart</a> with the DJ duo <a href="spotify:artist:6IPMFoNFfpepyp7AGBwax6" data-name="Unanimo">Unanimo</a>, who she worked with again in their follow up single, Take Me Away.

Melanie&#39;s 2017 single, Dizzy won that year&#39;s CES Music Soundtrack Contest. Her music has attracted the attention of Pandora, as well as many popular music blogs such as Hype Machine, Pop Dust, and Vents Magazine. Melanie is also singing the title track “I Want That Smoke” in the Russell Peters comedy “Ripped.” Melanie was able to begin her international presence in Australia, where she toured in the summer of 2018, and continued touring the US Pacific Northwest June and November of 2019. Melanie looks forward to releasing a new EP to follow up her successful single “Take Me Now.”
