Melik Arici

Melik Arici is an Istanbul-based, Turkish singer, songwriter and music producer whose songs are recognizable with his unique style of electronic dance music featuring his signature chord designs, self-created sounds and variable vocal making techniques including falsettos and chesty voices.

The artist started his music career in early 2016 producing progressive house tracks and in the following years he continued with future bass and electro-pop genres. Besides his global achievements in that area, he managed to reach the top of the national charts in Turkey. Currently, he performs his own style which includes deep house and dark electro flavors. The artist only lays focus on the artistic value and the high production quality during his voice making and song recording process.

Melik Arici performs his music in different concepts with cinematic textures based on real-life experiences and stories. He travelled 3 continents to record his second album ‘Psychedelic Love’ and used local, ethnic instruments in several recordings to create an authentic atmosphere. He usually combines his ideas and sound designs in harmonic minor scales to give a perceivable and emotional vibe to his songs, which helps the artist to create a soulful feeling that is identified with him.
