Melinda Sütő is a musician and composer. A classically trained pianist since childhood, holds a degree in music, but she also studied jazz singing and improvisation.
She has worked as a singer for several years with different bands, performing jazz standards. She did background singing and wrote instrumentations for pop performers while she continued her studies in composition and orchestration.
Her style was formed by many different genres, from classical compositions and choir pieces to folk music, jazz and movie soundtracks. Her family is a huge influence on her music, but she is also inspired by the wonders of nature or the little creatures of the world.
She released her first album 'The Painting Series' in December 2020 as a result of a collaboration with painter Angela Suto. Each song was composed for a short video that shows the creation of a painting.
She strongly believes that music is a powerful form of communication and aims to share stories, feelings and experiences with the listeners.
