Born 1993 In New Brunswick NJ but raised in Brooklyn the musical borough that bred the Notorious B.I.G. and Jay-Z. There's no doubt the influence rap had on Melo at a young age. Since he was 12-years-old, he was freestyling with his friends on street corners, Beat Boxing, And doing Graffiti. Even Laying down tracks in his makeshift studio designed inside a shoe closet. Melo rapped about what he knew: the street Hustle and Violence around him. Even at a young age, Melo knew the ins and outs of hustlin' on the block.. Melo has always had the pursuit of music in his heart, but distractions, trials and tribulations always got in the way. Now, with
