Born and raised in Texas, he played several years making his mark on the Texas music scene before later forming Mercy Child as a three piece band in 2004

A few years after relocated St.Croix USVI in 2007 to gig non-stop as a solo act.

Mercy Child&#39;s ever growing song repertoire of over 40 hours of popular &amp; original songs spanning many genres, which he makes his own, with an organic,unique style and sound. Incorporating live looping and multi instrument sounds to create a 3D musical experience!

Kris Kean aka Mercy Child has been writing, recording, and producing music for over three decades. He typically plays all instruments in a very immersive &amp; demanding recording process that is both challenging and rewarding. Producing thought-provoking, sincere, and infectious tunes. Healing, purging and connecting thru music is his lifelong passion.
