Merecco Turner a.k.a PHENOMENON is a singer, songwriter, Music producer, composer, Actor, Film and TV writer. He began his career by opening shows for the likes of Jamie Foxx, Toni Braxton, Gerald Levert and Brandy. He was discovered by Hip Hop artist Heavy D. He's worked with a variety of artist such as Heavy D, Aaron Carter, Wyclef Jean, Ja Rule, DJ Kay Slay, Papoose, AZ, Mysonne, Shanice Wilson, Jimmy Cozier, Mario Winans, The Voice Season 2 winner Jermaine Paul, Howie Dorough from the Back Street Boys, Philippine’s artist Sitti Navarro, as well as Russian pop star Dima Bilan. Producers such as Tricky Stewart, Jim Beanz, Timbaland's camp, Narada Michael Waldin, Track Masters, Rockwilder, Dave "Jam" Hall, Full Force, Ron Browz, Needlz, D/R Period, 7 Aurelius & George Noriega. Merecco has featured in TV shows such as Fuse tv's "G Thing", STARZ hit show "POWER" and Law & Order SVU. His music has been featured and licensed in movies, TV shows, commericials, College and NFL football and NBA Basketball games, soundtracks such as Life Love Soul, Grand Slammed, Miss March, VH1's Love & Hip Hop, Fuse TV G Thing and the MTV hit shows Guy Code and Girl Code. and many others. He scored the film Life, Love, Soul and produced the original music, which won the viewers choice award at the HBO sponsored Urban World Film Festival in New York City. He also scored the Melee Entertainment film Grand Slammed which stars veteran actor Paul Calderon.
