Mhn Dei ?

MhnDei? is a Myanmar musician , as well as a member of PinkNation (bassist/songwriter), Mountain Peak Tunes & Radio of Oriental Cats.His musical journey began in childhood while working at his mother’s karaoke shop, where he developed a passion for music. Starting with poetry during his student years, he soon picked up the guitar and began writing songs.

MhnDei? discovered the violin through his love for music and trained with distinguished teachers, including Sir Saw Htee (Kalaw), Burmese violinist U Tin Ye, and Tr. Naw Sarah (Kalaw). This foundation in violin became central to his artistry. In 2018–2019, he joined the Myanmar National Symphony Orchestra as a cellist, where he also learned cello under Ko Ko Myo Hlaing, Tr. Aye Thidar (MRTV), and Japanese cellist Mr. Yamamoto. His cello and violin recordings appear on "ကမ်းခြေ (၂)" by The Peacists , "Nya Soe", "ပြန်လာဦးမည်" by Lwin Iz Elephant and နှလုံးသားနဲ့ရွက်လွင့်ကြမယ် by Square Lake Pirates .
He has contributed as a songwriter for The Storytellers' 1st and 2nd Albums .In 2022 mhn dei arranged music for Contemporary Artist Htein Lin's "Symphony " Album. MhnDei often writes songs based on his life events, poetically exploring the connection between melody and lyrics, bringing his personal experiences into his music.

Born in Yangon (1994), raised in Kalaw, and now based in Taunggyi, MhnDei? continues to create music that reflects his journey and emotions.
