Michael Aguilar

All my life I have turned to music in every situation. It’s transcendent, more than word will ever be. In times of happiness music is there. In times of melancholy, music is there. The influence it’s had on me has changed my life forever.


I make music because it brings out a feeling unlike anything else in this world. The exchange of sound and emotion work together in my mind when I create a record. When I write music, an emotion from within converts to sound, and in turn that sound now becomes the source of emotion for myself and others. It surrounds the listener with a feeling and creates a memory; a placeholder in time. Listening back to a song brings nostalgia, good or bad, but a reminder of where we were and where we are.


I make music of all types that cross genres and barriers of what a “Pop Artist” should cross. I make music that I feel and enjoy. I pour all my emotion into a record. The idea that those emotions can transcend to an audience through sound is driving. I can only hope that those emotions transcend to you. Thank you, enjoy.
