Michael Janzen lives in Toronto Canada and has been making music for over 25 years. Composing for piano has always been a joy and Michael has released numerous piano pieces including Tendrement and Plum Coulee which have been featured on many Spotify playlists. His jazz/classsical album Nudging Forever was nominated for a Juno in 2017 and he has written for film, tv, and a multitude of orchestral settings. He recently released a double album on the Psalms and his solo piano album Lent featured solo piano renditions of old sacred hymns. He also heads up the award winning group,The Mike Janzen Trio which focuses more on improvisation and jazz.
