Prolific singer-songwriter Michael Mikey Brennan is developing a lane of his own with his distinctive vocal style, versatile four-octave range, outspoken humorous personality, provocative edgy rock and roll attitude, hyperactive energetic stage persona, self-aware lyricism and a catalogue eclectic as they come. Pushing and breaking any and all stylistic boundaries, he continues to redefine what is possible with his genre era blending approach, moving with ease from power belters to moving ballads.

Born in Leytonstone - the hometown of <a href="spotify:artist:0O98jlCaPzvsoei6U5jfEL" data-name="Damon Albarn">Damon Albarn</a> (<a href="spotify:artist:7MhMgCo0Bl0Kukl93PZbYS" data-name="Blur">Blur</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3AA28KZvwAUcZuOKwyblJQ" data-name="Gorillaz">Gorillaz</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:6iy8nrBbtL57i4eUttHTww" data-name="The Good, the Bad &amp; the Queen">The Good, the Bad &amp; the Queen</a>) in the same hospital as <a href="spotify:artist:1laUM5qmQUubbm3ZuMQTLf" data-name="Steve Harris">Steve Harris</a> (<a href="spotify:artist:6mdiAmATAx73kdxrNrnlao" data-name="Iron Maiden">Iron Maiden</a>), he grew up in Maidstone, attending <a href="spotify:artist:01GrkuUq4SVXkVoKM4S9U6" data-name="Bower Grove School">Bower Grove School</a> as the music protégé of Mr. Croft and professional musician Toby Starks (<a href="spotify:artist:6RVxUT25r3dmJdMM2iNBOp" data-name="Wheeler Street">Wheeler Street</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0PXkUFnmxt8oPWbp53eFT6" data-name="The Lowly Strung">The Lowly Strung</a>). Emerging from assembly performances to local pubs, he went on to obtain a music performance diploma at MidKent College and a degree at The Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM), where he met and joined forces with producer and drummer <a href="spotify:artist:0TfVxFlOZ8vCpWSG8NbxfM" data-name="DJ Azza">DJ Azza</a>. He currently resides in South London.
