Michal Nejtek

Skladatel a klavírista Michal Nejtek patří k výrazným českým autorům s mezinárodním renomé. Píše symfonickou i komorní hudbu, věnuje se scénickým projektům. Má rád jazz, alternativní hudbu i klasiku, vlastními slovy „vše originální, pravdivé a silné“ a v různých uskupeních těchto žánrů také působí nebo působil – Orchestr Berg, MoEns Ensemble, Agon Orchestra, The Plastic People of the Universe, NTS a Michal Pavlíček & Trio. Je také pedagogem na Hudební fakultě AMU v Praze.

Composer and pianist Michal Nejtek is one of the prominent Czech authors with an international reputation. He writes symphonic and chamber music, and is involved in stage projects. He likes jazz, alternative music and classical music, in his own words "everything original, true and strong". He has also performed or was part of various groups of these genres - Berg Orchestra, MoEns Ensemble, Agon Orchestra, The Plastic People of the Universe, NTS and Michal Pavlíček & Trio. He also teachs at the Faculty of Music of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
