Michele Jusko

There's an interesting story behind Michele’s desire to pursue music as a career. Michele was adopted as a baby and her adoptive parents are wonderful people but don't have a musical bone in their bodies. Michele wasn't really exposed to music very much growing up. Several years ago, Michele found her birth mother and discovered music was definitely in her DNA. Her mom was a singer, her biological father was a pianist and bass player and graduated from the prestigious Manhattan School of Music and her maternal grandfather was a percussionist for the Boston Symphony for more than twenty years.

Michele's music has received acclaim by both fans and industry people. She’s had her songs featured in TV shows such as: “Shameless” starring William H. Macy and Emmy Rossum on Showtime, “Madam Secretary” starring Tea Leoni on CBS, “Dancing with the Stars” (ABC), "The Lying Game" on ABC Family, "Shark" starring James Woods on CBS, the new Netflix re-release of "Charmed" and “Melrose Place” (also airing on TNT) and the MTV shows: "Blonde Charity Mafia," "Teen Mom 2," "16 & Pregnant" and "The Real World: New Orleans." She also was a "Staff Pick" for Clear Channel New Music and her songs were finalists in both the John Lennon Song Contest & The Billboard World Song Contest.
