Michele McCord has been a recording artist and songwriter for publishers and labels such as Arista, Warner Chappell, Starstruck, BMG and Sony. Michele's songwriting credits include platinum selling artists such as, Tammy Wynette, Wynonna Judd, Patty Loveless, Tricia Yearwood, Alecia Elliot, Lorrie Morgan and Sammy Kershaw. A few of her hit singles are “Girl Thang”, “Im Diggin it” and “He Drinks Tequila”. Michele has landed placements in many hit TV shows including Ellen and Oprah. Michele’s hit song “On Your Side” co-written with Bonnie McKee (Katy Perry, Kesha, Kelly Clarkson) was recorded by the J-pop band Superfly. On Your Side was released on the bands White album which has been certified gold. The song also became a top ten single and was released again on Superfly’s greatest hits album, “Love Peace and Fire.”
