Michelle Blades is a versatile artist born in Panama and raised in a musical family. After developing a DIY approach in Arizona, where she played in the independent scene, she settled in Paris. Her diverse discography includes "Visitor" (2019) and the EP "Nombrar las cosas" (2020, Midnight Special Records)
Since then, Michelle has enriched her journey by collaborating with various bands: she toured with Pomme as a bassist, contributed to Flavien Berger's "Plouf!", and joined La Brume, formed for the occasion. She also became a singer for La Femme, joining their world tour.
After five years of experimentation, her album "Where To?" marks a milestone. Recorded live in just nine days at La Bergerie in southern France, it showcases her early influences—folk, jazz, and noise—reflecting the intensity and sensitivity of live performance. The nine spontaneous tracks explore both new and old compositions. "Where To?" blurs lines between influences and soundscapes, revealing Michelle at a crossroads, navigating dreams and reality.
