Mick Jansen (2003) was born and raised in The Hague, Netherlands.
He recently started his own label and event called: The Hague's Future, together with his good friend Jerry Luca. He wants to give young talent an opportunity to show themselves, with the support of ADA/Warner Music.
Their first event this summer on 14th June was a great success; it was a sold-out show at Colorado Charlie, one of the most famous beach clubs in the Netherlands, where artists like Franky Rizardo, Chris Stussy, and Prunk also organize their own events. Thanks to the success of the first edition, a second edition of The Hague’s Future will follow at Colorado Charlie on 20th September.
Mick also gets great opportunities outside of his own events, for example at PIV Festival where he performed this summer with big names such as Rossi, Josh Baker, and Dennis Quin.
On the music production side, things are also going very well. Mick gets producer lessons from Jamback, and he has also been accepted at the most famous music school in the Netherlands: The Herman Brood Academy. Big names like Chris Stussy, Luuk van Dijk, and Job de Jong have also been able to develop themselves as producers at this institution.
With a lot of passion for the music industry, Mick Jansen is going to make some huge steps, and we will definitely hear a lot more about him in the coming years.
