Mick Valentine is a singer / songwriter from Baltimore Maryland USA with over 15 years creating and performing music. Formerly of original rock groups Beretta Jane (2007), Future Villains (2010), and Nightsbridge (2012), Mick has developed his sound over the years utilizing his diverse influences ranging from Scott Weiland and Steven Tyler, to Matt Bellamy (Muse) and Chester Bennington, to even Eminem and Mike Shinoda. Mick now fronts Tickle Me Emo, a 2000's emo and pop punk covers band in Baltimore.
In 2020 Mick released "Shot Down" a song that was recorded with his band Beretta Jane, and never released. The music was written by himself and a multi-instrumentalist and accomplished songwriter Evan Via. The lyrics are a story of a past relationship and strange encounters with the various freaks of Hollywood California.
Mick's release on February 19th 2021 will be "My Angel Got a Beretta". This song features Mick on all vocals, and Mike Deprospo on guitar, bass, and drums. The song depicts a youth at a crossroads in life, and realizing he must trust his instincts; and his guardian angel.
On October 8, Mick will finally release his cover of Linkin Park's "Easier to Run", a song he recorded with producer Nick Scott (I See Stars).
