Mike Freedman

Mike Freedman is a multi faceted guitarist and composer. Since graduating from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Mike has been deeply involved in the music scene in Toronto. Mike has 5 albums of his own original music out, the latest one “Into The Daybreak” was his first jazz instrumental release and has received much recognition; topping radio charts and also receiving accolades as one of the top 25 jazz album releases of 2021, by Jazz.Fm. The album also received third place for instrumental jazz release by One World Music Radio.
Mike is an active composer, having written numerous film scores and co-written many songs for other well known artists, including <a href="spotify:artist:50hsY3SvrJloPHqVfBTI1R" data-name="Tia Brazda">Tia Brazda</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1LWWCHWErOO9KZfcwrmS9D" data-name="Barbra Lica">Barbra Lica</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:3GfJOMpTpwosIPZBK9FlOz" data-name="Steven Taetz">Steven Taetz</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:5yj8noX90UYvg5w50rpZX3" data-name="Ed Roman">Ed Roman</a>
His original songs have also seen placement in TV shows such as Dawson’s Creek and instrumental music placed in TV and films worldwide.
