MIKE LIGGZ was Born MICHAEL ANTHONY LIGGANS in BUFFALO, N.Y. on July 5, 1982. Raised in Central Park an Impoverished area on the Eastside of Buffalo. LIGGZ gravitated to the music of street oriented rappers like Notorious B.I.G, Tupac Shakur, Jay-Z, NAS, AZ and OUTKAST. In 1995 at the age 13, LIGGZ began to write Rap Lyrics listening to instrumentals from his favorite artists that romanticized drug dealing, an act that he saw as a child. After drug dealing himself and run-ins with the law, LIGGZ landed himself in prison in 03' at the age of 21 where he began to take music serious. He began making mixtapes for his neighborhood "WE RUN BUFFALO" (2010) and PAIN & AGONY (2010). Shortly after he moved to Atlanta, G.A. and recorded his first studio album "T.B.F.L" (2015). With the release of his album "RISK FOR THE REWARD" (2018) LIGGZ has been making some noise locally in the Upstate New York market, and some parts of the Southern Region. Ready to release his mark on the world with his latest project "GANGSTA A MIKE LIGGZ STORY" (2020), MIKE LIGGZ is a ARTIST ON THE RISE and the NEXT BIG ARTIST to POP.
