Chukwudiebube Michael Chukwuma professionally known as Mikemadebandz is a Nigerian Afro-beat and Hip/Hop singer, rapper, and songwriter born July 29th, 2001 in Lagos state but hails from Asaba, Delta state. Mike developed an interest in rap music at a very young age listening to rap legends like Lil Wayne, Drake, Kendrick Lamar and at age 12, had already written and composed his first song. Having to change location of residence, Michael spent his secondary school education in 3 different schools which did not give the time and opportunity to focus on building a musical career but that would change over time having to sneak out of school on frequent occasions to record music and would later get them out on DSP’s Mike is gaining attention and a growing fan base on social media from making covers to popular songs and instrumentals, also from released singles. He gained the most popularity in may, 2020 after getting featured on the popular UK afro-nation radio show where his single "STORI" caught a lot of listeners’ attention and grew in streams. Mike’s versatility and unique way of writing music sets him apart from your typical upcoming act. With honest, personal and aggressive yet relatable lyrics, he continues to tell his story and his music is definitely one for any mood and/or listener.
