Growing up on the South-East Coast of Australia, Michael Alenaddaf better known as 'Mikey G' began rapping at the young age of 4 years old and was heavily influenced by his older brother Daniel, to pursue a career in music and develop his talent. Mikey G at the young age of 6 performed in front of judges such as Kyle Sandilands on Australian Idol Kids in 2004. From 2004-2014 Michael would take a 10 year hiatus from his music dream to pursue other passions and ultimately grow as a person. Music had never left his side however, strongly influenced in his early years by artists like 50 Cent, Nas, Nelly & Chingy, then in his teenage years by the likes of Eminem, J.Cole, Kanye West, Jay Z, Drake and many others. Michael always had a genuine love and passion for hip hop & R&B, and would begin to find his passion and drive for making music again towards the end of high school by uploading #4barfriday videos to Instagram and other social media platforms. Mikey G began his professional career with the release of 'I Know, I Know' in 2019 followed by his original EP 'Soul Section'. Mikey G would then go on to drop hits such as 'Sloppy Toppy, Doubted On Me & Perfect Timing' cementing his creativity & versatility in the Australian Hip Hop scene. With his latest hit releases 'Payroll' & 'Exhausted' Mikey is set to roll out his biggest project to date 'Sight Seeing' a collaborative album with Wayde.
