// Mildstone is an alternative rock band from Jakarta, Indonesia. The current members are Michael Yamesanifar (Guitar, Vocal) and Ferby Prihartoro (Drum). Mildstone was established in 2016 by Michael and Anandito through their meeting in AVA Indo community event, while Ferby is the latest member joined in the band in late 2018. Michael and Ferby were growing up in Jakarta's melodic/pop punk scene as each of their band used to play in many gigs (De Javu, Marroti, Rossi, etc) since 2005.
// Mildstone has released one EP named "Bury the Hatchet" in 2019 and followed by a cover single "Dreaming" of Blondie in 2020. We are in the making of our first studio album and will release it soon!
// Our upcoming album contains various genre of music which influenced by some great bands such as Coldplay, Foo Fighters, Boxcar Racer, Jimmy Eat World and U2. Mildstone is also added Gamelan, an Indonesian traditional music instrument, to one of tracks in the album. All tracks were recorded, mixed and mastered by Herdiardo Widita Nugroho ("Dio") of Studio Haji Jian, one of the best in South Jakarta.
