Milestone

Alternative Rock group combined with British Pop accents and a strong ambient sound, initiated by four young men who were migrating in Yogyakarta in mid-2015 who came from Banjarnegara, the third city in Central Java. Had several times changed formations in the position of vocalist, and passing through the limping of the formation for a year and a half made Milestone's hopes even more faded.Until the end of the long wait in 2018, Milestone met Bhima Dwika, a worship music singer from Mojokerto, who came up with the needed role in the formation of this group. The addition of a new color becomes a new challenge to combine 5 pairs of ears and 5 heads, where it will be a process of ego maturity in the creative process undertaken.

The origin of Milestone started from an anxiety that gradually turned into a determination that began in 2015. Milestone consists of Bhima Dwika (Vocal/Guitar), Yoga Bhakti (Guitar/synthesizer), Arroyhan (Keys/Synthesizer), AuliaRakhman (Bass). ), Witra Prima (Drums).

Milestone has released 3 singles, namely “Semesti Semesta”, “Gemerlap Gelap”, and “Going No Further” which will also be included in the album which is in progress with the title “Semesti Semesta”. Where the album adapts the concept of Kubler Ross's 5 Stages of Grief theory combined with the influence of Worship Music and Alternative Rock with British Pop accents and thick ambient sound.
