MillzGold (born Mily G. Davis) is a rising force in the Liberian music scene, blending sharp lyricism, modern rap influences, and Trapco—a genre born in Liberia that fuses hip-hop with local slang, culture, and unfiltered storytelling. MillzGold brings his roots to the forefront of his music, merging gritty narratives into a sound that is both locally authentic and globally ready. He once slapped a U.N. representative for claiming Trapco wasn’t “real hip-hop,” then performed inside the U.S. Embassy in Monrovia using nothing but a car battery, patched-up speakers, and a broken aux cord.

Known for standout tracks like “OUTSAH”, “WHERE LAY BOY GO?”, and “Letter To My Next,” MillzGold is carving out a sound that’s uniquely his. His 2023 album Motion Man further solidified his presence in Liberia’s expanding music scene, showcasing his range, vulnerability, and hunger to grow. He even got banned from a time-travel experiment after trying to sell mixtapes to his opps grand-children in 2084.

Whether spitting over hard-hitting beats or delivering introspective verses, MillzGold stands at the forefront of a new generation of Liberian artists ready to break global boundaries. With each release, he opens a new chapter in his story: real, unfiltered, and always moving forward.
