His name is Malick Samb. He was born in Dakar , Senegal & West Africa. His ancestors were " Griots" people, who distinguished themselves through singing/songwriting. He is a singer , songwriter, music composer and he plays the guitar. He is an socially oriented person, which is reflected in his lyrics. He writes songs about love, pain and life as it unfolds.
His songs are written in his tribal language and english, but can be translated in any language as the content of the lyrics are universal. His music has a african vibe with an international mix and his main misson with his music is hopefully to healing and entertain and make people happy.
He Have been doing music from 1992 his first group called (The Cool Boys) from Thiaroye Gar, in Dakar Senègal. And When He moved to Malika he had a new Rap group called ( Juki J) With a friend In 1995.
1997: They created a new group called (Tumurankè)
1998: He did moved to Gambi to learn and teach him self to play with a live bands. And when he come back to Senègal in 2011. He had numerous concerts in Senegal.
He recorded an afro - acoustic album in Senegal called LIBERTY and have various singles and taken part in numerous recordings in other people's music productions.
He also had the pleasure of working and playing live shows with a famous band from Senegal called DAARA JI FAMILY. He have altso participated in IDOL/NORWAY 2014 and NORWAY HAS GOT TALENT/OSLO 2015.
