Mim Jensen

Aotearoa/New Zealand indie savant Mim Jensen is a trailblazer. Over the years of sharing hook-laden and emotional rock n’ roll across both sides of the Tasman Sea, she has graced countless festivals and headline shows. The NZ Herald triumphs her as “...one of the most compelling front-people in Aotearoa.”

Her debut EP, Emotional Affair, delved into Jensen’s experiences of heartbreak and intense periods of self-reflection. The lead single, "Germaphobe," particularly struck a chord, amassing over a million streams and achieving viral success across social media platforms.

Continuing to write, record, and tour across Aotearoa/New Zealand and Australia, Mim Jensen's musical odyssey has seen her share stages with indie-rock stalwarts such as The Beths, Teenage Dads, The Rubens, Great Gable, The Butlers, and Bob Mould.

Jensen’s sophomore EP “Shadow Of The Gift” recorded and produced in Ōtautahi/Christchurch by Will McGillivray (Goodwill) centres Mim in her healing era and is a symbol of her growth and journey as an artist and an individual. Fan favourite single “Past Life” was quickly beloved by dozens of US College radio stations and received continued support from student radio in New Zealand.
