Offering hard-edged tunes inspired by the work of bands like Kyuss, one of stoner metal's most prominent acts, the Minibosses combine heavy metal's powerful riffs with rock & roll's stalwart strains. Assembling in Northampton, MA, in January of 2000, the band combined the expertise of a three-piece crew previously playing on the Jenova Project. Fronted by Ben (vocals, bass), and completed by guitarist Burke and drummer Woody, the Minibosses only started to constantly play live after relocating to Chandler, AZ. Performing at several local clubs, the Minibosses inevitably commenced gathering an always larger following.
