Minori Nagashima is a genre-defying, multidisciplinary artist whose creative work seamlessly traverses the boundaries of music and the arts.
As a composer, she has created music for stage productions, fashion shows, and video works.
As a keyboardist and arranger, she has performed with bands such as Queen Bee and POLKADOT STINGRAY.
In addition to her musical work, she is active as a creative director, leading large-scale art and exhibition projects.
She also actively presents original works, challenging conventional forms with pieces such as “TSUYA,” “SAIDAN,” and “HAZAMA.”
Drawing on her experience across diverse genres and roles, she brings a bird’s-eye perspective to her work—blending the sensibility of an artist with the vision of a director.

音楽とアートの領域を自在に行き来するアーティスト。
作編曲家として、舞台作品やファッションショー、映像作品などの音楽を手がけるほか、キーボーディスト／アレンジャーとして「女王蜂」や「ポルカドットスティングレイ」などのバンドにも参加。
また、アートや展示のディレクターとしても活動し、作品全体の構想から制作、音楽の作曲、さらには空間の音響設計に至るまで、自ら手がけている。
自身の名義でも積極的に作品を発表しており、『艶 -TSUYA-』、『彩壇 -SAIDAN-』、『波様 -HAZAMA-』など、従来の枠組みにとらわれない新しい表現にも挑戦している。
多様なジャンルとロールを横断してきた経験を活かし、アーティストとしての感性とディレクターとしての視点を融合させた、俯瞰的な創作を得意とする。
