Las Vegas producer and vocalist Jann Valeza (b. October 24, 2000) also known as minsu has broken through the music scene since releasing music in early 2020. With his dreamy ensemble of guitars and hip-hop-inspired drums, the singer-songwriter continues to mesmerize all listeners.

His journey into music started when he began playing the guitar at 9 years old. His curiosity sparked from watching Youtube videos of finger-style guitarists, such as Sungha Jung. Turning 14, he went on to be a well-known performer and competitor in the guitar scene. The first few songs he wrote were heavily inspired by bedroom pop and Korean RnB artists.

Shortly after releasing his first single on Soundcloud titled “Ringtone,” he decided to take a more personal approach lyrically and production-wise. Following his second single, minsu sets the tone for his next upcoming releases.

Minsu documents many of his life’s experiences, not steering shy from raw emotions and feelings. In 2020 with the release of “same old love,” he details the desperation to stay connected with a lover. The much anticipated single “control,” - released on May 4th, 2020 - displayed minsu’s amazing ability to enchant listeners, and prove that this is something he’s meant to do.
