Mistless was formed in the Summer of 2021 when Tommi Korkala met producer Mika Haapasalo, who is also a guitarist in the band Happoradio. It didn’t take long after their first meeting for Mika to put on the final touches on the power song LION.
Not long after that, the band grew into a trio with the addition of the multitalented drummer Siiri Partanen.
The band has no permanent singer, but borrows some of the most amazing voices in the country for each of it’s unique songs.
First single ’LION’ was composed in the Spring of 2020 as an anthem of faith, hope and consolation. This powerful song is a tribute to anyone struggling in their life – you will make it through and thrive!
Lion was chosen as the power song for the Finnish women’s hockey team in the winter Olympics 2022. All profits from streaming will be used in full in co-operation with the Finkey Foundation to support and develop girls’ hockey in Finland.
