Mizgin - Mizgin Demircan, grew up in the heart of Sweden in a town called Bollnäs.
She fell in love with music at an early age and started singing when she was 8 years
old. A self-taught musician; Mizgin performed at school shows, small venues and
local events in her small town. Her dreams of being a professional musician started
when she quite young and even though Mizgin came from a muslim background, she
had very supporting parents and she was free to pursue her musical interest and
ultimately a career in the music industry.
In 2013 Mizgin traveled to the US. She auditioned for a production duo that would
become her producers in the United States together with co-writers/managers.
Together they released their first promotional single in 2014. It was distributed by
Entertainment One and mixed by Phil Tan. Soon after the release the song hit the
number one spot on iTunes in Sweden. Following the release Mizgin teamed up with
director Carter B. Smith for the official music video. The song climbed to No. 4 on the
MTV Top 100 chart and spent 12 straight weeks on the chart.
